once your order has been shipped, tiaré esthetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. shipping fees are non-refundable. if your tracking shows your package is '“delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first. TIARÉ ESTHETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE MARKED SHIPPED AND DELIVERED.
LOCAL PICKUP POLICY:
LOCAL PICKUP IS AVAILABLE IN manteca, ca. you will receive a message once your order is ready. we must stay in contact to arrange pickup. orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be cancelled without a refund.
returns and exchanges:
due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, edited, or canceled. please double check your details (items, address, and shipping method) before completing your purchase.

incorrect addresses entered at checkout
packages marked as delivered by the carrier
delays cause by shipping carriers
lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
